Ms. Guzman has experience counseling clients on matters involving commercial real estate and real estate capital markets. Additionally, she represents financial institutions, special servicers and lenders in connection with distressed real estate loans, exercising remedies such as receiverships, foreclosures, workouts and related litigation.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Guzman worked at large law firms in New Jersey within the commercial litigation and commercial real estate groups. She also served as an assistant prosecutor in Union County, New Jersey.
