Chris E. Hamilton

Chris Hamilton is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office, where he focuses his practice on commercial real estate and real estate finance matters, and assists with single-asset bankruptcies and real estate litigation. He represents clients in connection with a variety of real estate transactions and distressed projects including, but not limited to, origination of commercial loans for subsequent securitization and preparing complex loan modifications for loans existing within a Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit (REMIC) structure.
