Katrisha Shirley Harris

Katrisha Harris is a Dallas real estate attorney who focuses her practice on real estate and real estate finance matters, with a particular emphasis on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions. She assists special servicers in connection with loan default workouts, loan assumptions and various noteholder remedies, including foreclosures and receiverships.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Harris spent nearly a decade litigating commercial cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Ms. Harris now utilizes that experience to serve her business clients, as well as assist in bankruptcy and real estate litigation.
