Sarah Hartsfield

Sarah Hartsfield is a real estate finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Ms. Hartsfield handles a variety of real estate financing matters. Ms. Hartsfield has experience representing financial, investment and other lending institutions with respect to the financing, acquisition, and leasing of commercial office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial warehouses and storage facilities, multifamily housing and other types of commercial properties nationwide.

While in law school, Ms. Hartsfield was a summer associate in the Civil Litigation Division in the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General. After law school, she was a post-graduate fellow handling child protection matters in the office's Family Services Division.

Not yet admitted to North Carolina Bar; admitted to Virginia Bar only and practicing under supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in North Carolina.
