Nancy T. Hegarty

Nancy T. Hegarty is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Private Wealth Services Group. Ms. Hegarty concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estates law, trust administration, estate settlement, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, and the federal and state taxation of individuals, trusts and estates. Ms. Hegarty works closely with clients to design and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies consistent with the needs and goals of high net worth individuals and their families, including succession planning for family business assets and philanthropic goals.
