Paul R. Hogan

Paul Hogan is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office, where he focuses on corporate matters and strategic transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and equity financings.

Mr. Hogan advises clients on all matters of corporate governance and risk management and has extensive experience guiding clients through complex transactions. These include acquisitions and dispositions of stocks, assets and divisions, along with joint ventures, strategic alliances and other similar transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Hogan served as counsel for a global law firm in its Chicago office. Prior to reentering private practice, Mr. Hogan served as secretary and general counsel of a publicly traded financial holding company.
