Blake M. Hooper

Blake Hooper is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Mr. Hooper represents clients in a range of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate governance matters. In addition, he represents public and privately held companies across a wide range of industries.

During law school, Mr. Hooper served on the editorial board of the Journal of International Law and Business as the symposium editor. In addition, Mr. Hooper was a member of the law school's Innovation Lab, where he was paired with an undergraduate information technology (IT) student to create a technological solution to a large law firm's inefficiency problem.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Mr. Hooper worked as a law clerk at a Chicago-based law firm in its wills and estates practice. He also was a Holland & Knight summer associate, where he gained experience working with a wide range of attorneys across several practice groups.
