Overview

Ellen Horne is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office. Ms. Horne focuses her practice on advising national banks, other financial institutions, private equity groups and other private and public companies in connection with a wide range of commercial finance transactions.

Ms. Horne has experience with syndicated and single-lender facilities consisting of cash-flow facilities, asset-based loans, subordinated debt facilities, unsecured facilities, leveraged acquisitions, loan workouts and restructurings, and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Horne was a debt finance attorney in the Chicago office of a large international law firm, focused primarily on representing borrowers in connection with acquisition financings and liability management transactions.

During law school, Ms. Horne served as the executive production editor of the Michigan Business and Entrepreneurial Law Review.
