Overview
Jordan J. Horowitz is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Orlando office. Mr. Horowitz focuses his practice on a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Horowitz has experience assisting lenders, developers, builders, landlords and tenants on a wide range of projects, from structuring commercial acquisitions and dispositions to leasing, lending and the development of mixed-use communities. Through these projects, he has handled a variety of issues involving vacant land, commercial office developments, multifamily housing, hotel, retail, entertainment developments and healthcare facilities.
During law school, he served as the senior articles editor of the Florida Law Review as well as a teaching assistant in the areas of Advanced Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy.
