Andi Howell

Overview
Andrea M. Howell is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Ms. Howell focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight in her current position, Ms. Howell was a summer associate in the firm's Chicago office. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Grace G. Dickler of the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
While in law school, Ms. Howell was a member of the DePaul Law Review and was a teaching assistant for Property Law and the Academic Success Program (ASP). In addition, Ms. Howell participated in the school's Civil Litigation and Health Law Clinic, where she worked on breach of contract litigation.
