Agnes Hu

Agnes Hu is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia and Nashville offices. Ms. Hu assists financial services clients with a wide range of matters.

Ms. Hu represents borrowers and lenders in complex commercial finance transactions, and she guides clients through acquisition financing and asset-based lending efforts.

While in law school, Ms. Hu served as the publication editor for the Washington University Law Review. She was also a Rule 13 Certified Student Practitioner serving at the Children's Rights Clinic.

Not yet admitted to Pennsylvania Bar; admitted to New York and Tennessee Bars only and practicing under supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
