Overview

Hunter S. Hullett is a finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Financial Services Team. Mr. Hullett regularly represents financial institutions, hedge funds and private capital funds in connection with a wide range of commercial finance matters. He has experience advising agents, arrangers and lenders on complex structured and specialty finance transactions, acquisition financings, asset-based and cash flow financings and other similar financing matters.
