Ginny Garrard Ingels

Ginny Garrard Ingels is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office and a member of the firm's Private Wealth Services Group. She focuses her practice on trusts, estates and charitable donations. Ms. Ingels primarily works with charitable organizations and estate executors to ensure donations are properly received by bequest beneficiaries.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Ingels worked in philanthropy operations and performance management for a global nonprofit in the environmental sector. Ms. Ingels began her career as a public defender, representing individuals accused of misdemeanor and felony offenses.

In the community, Ms. Ingels is involved with organizations that focus on issues affecting the well-being of children and families. She previously served on the board of a human services nonprofit and on a local school governance team.
