Evelyn Anderson Irwin

Evelyn Anderson Irwin is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office and a member of the Financial Services Team. Ms. Irwin represents borrowers and lenders in senior secured credit facilities, second-lien credit facilities, real estate finance matters and syndicated credit facilities.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Irwin was an attorney at a national law firm in its Chicago office.

While in law school, Ms. Irwin served on the editorial board of the Iowa Law Review as the senior note and comment editor.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Irwin taught middle school as a member of the Teach for America Colorado Corps.
