Kristen Jimenez is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Ms. Jimenez focuses her practice on representing lenders and borrowers in commercial and corporate finance transactions.

Ms. Jimenez also practices in the area of banking law, with a focus on licensing, regulatory and compliance matters pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). She represents clients before various federal and state regulatory and enforcement agencies such as OFAC and the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (FOFR), Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), Federal Reserve and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
