Brenna Johnson

Brenna Johnson is a healthcare attorney in Holland & Knight's Birmingham office. Ms. Johnson assists clients in the healthcare industry with a wide range of state licensure and certification issues, federal and state anti-kickback regulations, state corporate practice of medicine laws and all aspects of complex regulatory issues for operational and transactional matters.

Ms. Johnson has experience counseling a range of clients across the healthcare industry, including private equity-funded healthcare facilities, acute care hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, among others.

While in law school, Ms. Johnson served as a senior editor of the Alabama Law Review and was a member of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.
