Overview

Christina Jones is a private wealth services attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Jones focuses her practice on providing strategic counsel to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. She is committed to helping clients find solutions to their everyday challenges by advising on formation, compliance, due diligence and strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Jones worked as an attorney serving multinational clients in federal and international tax planning and transactional matters. She also worked at a Big Four firm, advising multinational clients on the effects of tax reform, tax planning opportunities and cross-border transactions.

Before attending law school and entering private practice, Ms. Jones served as a policy fellow for Leadership for Educational Equity, and as a member of Teach for America in Atlanta, Georgia.

Not yet admitted to New York Bar; admitted to District of Columbia Bar only and practicing under the supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in New York.
