Andy Kaul Jorgensen

Andy Jorgensen is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Mr. Jorgensen represents financial institutions in a wide variety of domestic and international lending and commercial transactions. He has in-depth experience with syndicated and single bank financing transactions, including asset-based loans, cash-flow loans, equipment financings, supply chain finance and other secured financing transactions. In addition, Mr. Jorgensen has represented administrative agents and lenders in restructurings and workouts of syndicated and single bank credit facilities

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Jorgensen was internal counsel for a global financial services company where he focused on commercial lending and syndicated equipment leasing and loan transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Jorgensen was associate editor of the Villanova Law Review.
