Andy Kaul Jorgensen

Andrew Jorgensen is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Mr. Jorgensen focuses his practice on syndicated and bilateral financing transactions, including asset-based lending, equipment leasing, supply chain finance and other secured financing transactions. 

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Jorgensen was internal counsel for a global financial services company where he focused on commercial lending and syndicated equipment leasing transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Jorgensen was associate editor of the Villanova Law Review.
