Stephanie L. Kauffman

Stephanie Kauffman is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Private Wealth Services Group. Ms. Kauffman focuses her practice on representing charities as beneficiaries of matured bequests under trusts and estates. She works to expedite and maximize charitable funds, aiding charities in advancing their missions and honoring donor intent.  

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Kauffman was the in-house attorney responsible for the administration of bequests at a prominent national charity. Before entering the nonprofit world, Ms. Kauffman worked at a top-tier Canadian law firm as a pensions and benefits attorney.
