Peter C. Kelley

Peter C. Kelley is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Denver office. Mr. Kelley focuses his practice on the representation of lenders and equity investors, and real property owners in senior and mezzanine financings, construction loans, workouts, joint ventures (including general partnership/limited partnership structures), entity formation, entity restructurings, and acquisitions and dispositions of real estate.

Mr. Kelley's transactional experience has involved a variety of product types, including hotel, casino, retail, multifamily and other residential, office building and mixed-use projects. He has considerable experience in complex ground leases, reciprocal easement agreements, commercial condominium documents, vertical subdivision documents, and covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) involving mixed-use and multiple-owner projects.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Kelley was a shareholder attorney at a global law firm in its Denver office.
