Lisa Kim

Seo Kyong (Lisa) Kim is a bankruptcy and restructuring attorney in Holland & Knight's Austin office. Ms. Kim assists debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees and others in bankruptcies, receiverships, out-of-court workouts, Section 363 sales, debtor-in-possession (DIP) and exit financings, and related litigation. She provides counsel to clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, commercial lending, oil and gas.

Prior to her career in law, Ms. Kim worked in brand marketing for four years at an international electronics company in South Korea.

Ms. Kim also contributes her time to pro bono efforts and recently advised a nonprofit film production company in connection with production and sponsorship agreements related to documentary film projects.
