Overview
Jacob M. Lebovic is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office, where he is a member of the firm's West Coast Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Lebovic focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of various asset types such as office buildings, multifamily residential, shopping centers and industrial properties.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Lebovic was a summer associate in the firm's Century City office and a legal intern in the California Department of Justice's Land Use Law, Environment and Natural Resources Sections. Mr. Lebovic additionally served as an AmeriCorps Legal Advocate at a civil legal aid organization and was a paralegal at a nationally recognized civil rights firm.
While in law school, Mr. Lebovic served as the president of the Real Estate Law Association and an articles editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. As a first-year legal student, Mr. Lebovic competed and finished first in the Pircher, Nichols & Meeks Joint Venture Challenge.
