Sarah Lehman

Sarah Lehman is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight’s Dallas office, where she focuses her practice on real estate and real estate finance matters with a particular emphasis on lending transactions. She has extensive experience representing lenders and capital providers in loan transactions including construction, interim bridge, permanent and revolving facilities, secured by or involving commercial real estate, including retail, office, industrial, hotel and senior housing projects.

Ms. Lehman also represents purchasers, owners and developers in connection with the acquisition, disposition and development of a variety of improved and unimproved real property.
