Cheng Li

Cheng Li is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office. Mr. Li focuses his practice on a variety of financial matters, including syndicated lending, asset-based lending, acquisition financings and commercial loans.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Li worked for multiple international banking corporations and focused on lending, insurance, operational risk management and anti-money laundering. Mr. Li also gained experience as a consultant advising banking clients on compliance and banking regulations.

While in law school, Mr. Li served as a senior editor for the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy. During his law school studies, Mr. Li completed an internship at the Colorado Attorney General's office. He also completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Michelle M. Harner at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland.
