Jessica Linse

Jessica Linse is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Linse focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation and investigations.

Ms. Linse is experienced in complex litigation in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution (ADR) such as mediation and arbitration. Ms. Linse also has experience in white collar litigation.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Linse worked for an international Am Law 100 firm in its Philadelphia office. While there, she practiced in a similar capacity with an emphasis on white collar litigation, including white collar defense and representing relators in qui tam matters.

While in law school, Ms. Linse participated in the Landlord-Tenant Mediation Program as a mediator, where she assisted in facilitating and drafting agreements in litigation proceedings.
