Overview

Ana Jacqueline Lozano is a corporate and transactional attorney at Holland & Knight's Monterrey office.

Ms. Lozano focuses her practice on corporate and transactional work regarding the establishment of Mexican subsidiaries for foreign investment entities in Mexico, as well as on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, and contractual drafting and negotiation. She also assists clients from the initial steps for bringing a company into Mexico until the assistance with legal matters is needed regarding the day-to-day operations of the company.

Ms. Lozano also has experience processing applications before various government agencies, including but not limited to, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Tax Administration Service, as well as working with notary publics.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Lozano worked as a paralegal for two leading law firms based in Mexico, advising clients, whether nationals or foreigners, on the organization of Mexican entities and their daily operations.

In the community, Ms. Lozano participates and coordinates several pro bono matters in the firm for a major nonprofit organization in Mexico.
