Nicolo Lozano

Nicolo A. Lozano is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Mr. Lozano represents private and public companies, including private equity funds, in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and other general corporate matters. He also represents insureds and underwriters in connection with representations and warranties (R&W) insurance policies.

Prior to his current position at Holland & Knight, Mr. Lozano was a law clerk with the Private Equity Team in the firm's Miami office.

During law school, Mr. Lozano served as the assistant executive editor of the Nova Law Review. He also worked as a law clerk at a Fort Lauderdale law firm, where he gained securities and investment experience, specifically on investment opportunities in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
