Claire Lydiard

Claire Lydiard is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Austin office. Ms. Lydiard advises clients on strategic business transactions and general corporate matters across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in her current position, Ms. Lydiard was a summer associate at the firm's Austin office. Additionally, she worked as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Ms. Lydiard previously worked in investment banking and corporate finance in New York City and Boston. She has significant experience in transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, and debt and equity financings.
