Allyson R. Mancuso

Allyson R. Mancuso is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Birmingham office. Ms. Mancuso's practice focuses on commercial dispute resolution, financial services litigation and employment lawsuits. Ms. Mancuso assists and advises clients throughout the lifespan of a case and regularly appears in state and federal courts in Alabama, Indiana and Washington.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Mancuso defended companies in consumer financial services matters, premises liability actions and construction disputes for a regional law firm in its Birmingham office. Ms. Mancuso also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.

While in law school, Ms. Mancuso served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William M. Ray II of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and was an active member of the school's Moot Court Society.
