Overview
Allyson R. Mancuso is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Birmingham office. Ms. Mancuso's practice focuses on commercial dispute resolution, financial services litigation and certificate of need (CON) matters. Ms. Mancuso has defended high-stakes commercial litigation involving, among other things, business torts, telecommunications litigation, financial services and mortgage litigation, and healthcare litigation. In addition to defense work, Ms. Mancuso has pursued high-value contractual disputes on behalf of healthcare companies and has assisted physician practices with the CON process in Alabama.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Mancuso defended companies in consumer financial services matters and premises liability actions for a regional law firm in its Birmingham office. Ms. Mancuso also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mass arbitration in the financial services sector.
While in law school, Ms. Mancuso served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William M. Ray II of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and was an active member of the school's Moot Court Society.
