Overview
Grace Dejean is a real estate finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Finance Practice. Ms. Dejean focuses her practice on client representation in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions across the United States.
Ms. Dejean represents national banks and other financial institutions in connection with agent, single-lender and agent-credit facilities, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and acquisition, construction and development financings, with specific industry experience in healthcare. Her experience also includes navigating clients through the processes of loan participation and syndication, refinancing, collateral disposition and cross-collateralization.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Dejean was a real estate finance attorney for a national firm in its Atlanta office.
