John Marchisello

John V. Marchisello is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Mr. Marchisello focuses his practice on structured finance transactions, with an emphasis on the financing of residential mortgage loans, mortgage servicing rights and servicing advance receivables.

Mr. Marchisello represents clients with respect to the purchase, sale, financing and trading of whole mortgage loans, mortgage servicing rights and excess servicing strips. He also handles purchases and other financing facilities, including those collateralized by residential loans, mortgage servicing rights and excess servicing spread.
