Ines Marrero-Priegues is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office, where she has focused her practice on land use and zoning law for more than 30 years.
Ms. Marrero-Priegues represents clients in connection with project approvals, comprehensive plan amendments and rezoning applications, special permits and special exceptions. She has experience representing developers in complex projects requiring several layers of developmental review and approvals, including, but not limited to, historic preservation, architectural review, shoreline review and environmental board review and approvals.
Ms. Marrero-Priegues also represents developers before local governments, county boards and state agencies to obtain all types of developmental approvals. Her practice focuses on applicants before the City of Miami, and she has successfully represented clients seeking entitlement approvals in Miami-Dade County and local governments, including Hialeah, Coral Gables and South Miami.
Ms. Marrero-Priegues’ clients include commercial and multifamily developers, educational institutions, healthcare institutions, and national and local self-storage companies. In 2009, she represented a professional sports team in connection with approvals for the team's retractable-roof stadium.
