Overview

Ingrid McClintock is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Ms. McClintock has more than 25 years of experience in lending transactions and has structured, negotiated and documented debt financing arrangements of all types, including secured and unsecured single bank and syndicated credit agreements, multicurrency financing facilities and acquisition financings for a variety of clients, including national banking institutions, among others.

Ms. McClintock has worked on financings across a range of industry groups, including motor vehicle dealerships, business services, equipment providers, real estate development and telecommunications. She also has experience with transactions secured by various collateral types, including motor vehicles, real estate, deposit and security accounts, intellectual property (IP) and rolling stock.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. McClintock was a financial services attorney for a national law firm in its Charlotte office.

  • Represented an arranger and administrative agent in $903 million syndicated secured credit facilities, including new and used vehicle floor plan and swing line facilities
  • Represented an arranger and administrative agent in $254.8 million syndicated secured credit facilities, including new and used vehicle floor plan, swing line facilities and acquisition facilities
  • Represented an arranger and administrative agent in $1.03 billion syndicated secured credit facilities, including working capital and term loans
  • Represented an arranger and administrative agent in $7 billion secured multicurrency syndicated support facility for clearinghouse services
  • Represented arrangers, administrative agents and lenders in office, retail and multifamily construction and other real estate secured loan facilities
  • Represented a lender in $167.8 million secured acquisition term loan, real estate loan and working capital facility for beverage distributor
