Overview
Dina McKenney focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, and appellate matters. She represents clients in multiple industries, including healthcare, retail, energy and real estate, and has experience in a wide variety of cases involving breach of contract, fraud, antitrust, class action and trade secret disputes. She also represents brand owners in trademark, trade dress and unfair competition disputes.
Ms. McKenney previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable David C. Godbey of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and for the Honorable Catherina Haynes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
