Alyssa McLeod

Alyssa K. McLeod is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas Office and a member of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group. Ms. McLeod handles a wide range of financial services issues, including representing business entities and financial institutions in lending and investment transactions.

During law school, Ms. McLeod served as the online managing editor for the Texas A&M Law Review and secretary for the Women Law Student Association. She also was active with the Texas A&M Community Development and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic.

In addition, Ms. McLeod interned with the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Northern District of Texas and completed a legal internship in the financial services industry.
