Overview
Nicholas Miller is a bankruptcy and restructuring attorney in Holland & Knight's Austin office, where he focuses his practice on bankruptcy-related matters and general commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
Mr. Miller has experience representing stakeholders in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. He has represented debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, equity holders and asset purchasers in a wide range of industries. He also maintains a significant commercial-litigation practice and has experience litigating in bankruptcy court, federal district court and state court.
Previously, Mr. Miller gained extensive bankruptcy law experience serving for two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael M. Parker and the Honorable Ronald B. King of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller gained experience as a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of an international law firm.
