Overview

Greg Mina is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Portland office. Mr. Mina focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and has experience handling high-stakes litigation during all phases of trial. Mr. Mina's experience includes managing the discovery process, drafting pleadings and briefs, and arguing dispositive motions. He is also experienced in class actions, corporate governance disputes and securities matters, and has extensive experience protecting his clients' intellectual property in the food, beverage and entertainment industries.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Mina practiced at the Portland office of an international law firm, where he maintained an active pro bono practice representing asylum-seekers from Central America.

While in law school, Mr. Mina was an articles editor for the Cornell Law Review and executive bench editor on the school's Moot Court Board.
