Overview
Alexandra "Lexi" Murphy is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's San Francisco office. Ms. Murphy focuses her practice on representing financial institutions in secured and unsecured lending and finance transactions, with an emphasis on private equity fund finance transactions, such as co-investment facilities and other net asset value-based (NAV) credit facilities, as well as private banking loans to high-net-worth individuals, capital call facilities, securities-based facilities and hedge fund transactions.
In addition, Ms. Murphy has experience advising clients in a variety of general finance and corporate transactions, including debt finance, asset-based lending (ABL) facilities, term loans, acquisition finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and private equity secondaries.
Ms. Murphy has a significant background representing sponsors, developers, equity investors and operators in energy, infrastructure and energy storage transactions, including project development, project finance, tax equity, and stock and asset purchases of utility scale facilities.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Murphy was an attorney at an international law firm in its San Francisco office.
While in law school, Ms. Murphy was the executive editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law.
