Daniel Nájera

Daniel Nájera de los Santos is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Monterrey office. Mr. Nájera has more than 10 years of experience in corporate law and corporate governance, developing his professional practice at various national and transnational companies as an in-house lawyer. He advises clients on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), legal auditing, as well as trusts, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and sale of fixed assets.

Mr. Nájera also consults clients on various types of legal issues for different industry sectors, mainly in the automotive and manufacturing industries. He assists with legal implementation of commercial strategies in Mexico and provides legal assistance in the establishment of operations in Mexico.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Nájera was an attorney at a leading Mexican law firm in its Monterrey office. Previous to this role, Mr. Nájera created the corporate and real estate divisions of a law firm in western Mexico and was instrumental in establishing the legal department of a prominent real estate firm in northern Mexico.
