Evan Nelson

Evan Patrick Nelson is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Litigation Section. Mr. Nelson focuses his practice on a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including cybersecurity and constitutional law.

While in law school, Mr. Nelson served as an intern for the Honorable Alan D. Albright in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division. Before law school, Mr. Nelson was a non-J.D. court clerk for the Honorable James F. Rigali in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara.

Prior to his career in the law, Mr. Nelson served for eight years in the U.S. Army, Oregon Army National Guard and Texas Army National Guard as an enlisted infantryman. From 2014 through 2015, Mr. Nelson served in a combat theater in Afghanistan.
