Patrick H. O'Connor

Patrick H. O'Connor is the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer of Holland & Knight. Mr. O'Connor oversees the areas of business development, marketing, public relations and communications, including branding, events, awards, surveys, digital and social media, and design and editorial services. He leads business development and marketing professionals across the firm as he and those team members work closely with the firm's lawyers and advisors to strengthen client relationships, build the Holland & Knight brand and drive growth.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. O'Connor gained more than 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, communications and a wide range of complementary management functions through a succession of positions at Hewlett Packard, Iron Mountain and Ernst & Young (EY). During his 18-year career at EY, he helped lead the Forensic & Integrity Services Practice, first as Americas markets leader and then as chief operating officer, and was admitted as a principal in 2016.
