Miguel Angel Rosas Ortiz

Miguel Rosas focuses his practice on domestic, international and cross-border tax advisory, planning and strategy. He represents clients before local and federal tax authorities with regard to tax assessments, audits, administrative appeals, settlements and mutual agreement procedures. He is also experienced in negotiating between the tax authority and taxpayers before the PRODECON (Mexican Taxpayers' Ombudsman).
