Overview
Kelcie Ouillette is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Ouillette focuses her practice on a variety of corporate and healthcare transactional matters, including joint ventures, public and private mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, and corporate governance issues.
While in law school, Ms. Ouillette focused her studies on the healthcare industry, where she earned an outstanding achievement award for the highest GPA in the Health Law Concentration. She served as editor-in-chief of the Drexel Law Review. In addition, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Cheryl Ann Krause of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as a legal intern for the Office of Legal Affairs for a Philadelphia-area hospital. Ms. Ouillette also served the Philadelphia community through her pro bono work with the Small Business Development Project.
Prior to law school, Ms. Ouillette was a paralegal at a small law firm in Lansing, Michigan, where she primarily worked on business and healthcare transactional and compliance matters.
