Josh Pelfrey

Josh Pelfrey is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Pelfrey focuses his practice on a variety of financial services matters.

Mr. Pelfrey represents banks, public and private companies and other financial institutions in connection with leveraged finance transactions, asset-based financings, real estate financings, subordinated debt facilities, acquisition financings and other types of secured and unsecured credit facilities.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Pelfrey was a financial services attorney in the Dallas office of a large international law firm.

While in law school, Mr. Pelfrey served as the managing editor of the SMU Law Review.
