Karolyn G. Perry

Karolyn Perry is a commercial litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Perry represents clients in the healthcare, health services and financial services industries. She has extensive experience defending management services organizations, including dental service organizations (DSOs) and physician practice management companies, as well as healthcare companies that own ambulatory and outpatient surgery centers.

Ms. Perry handles all phases of litigation from investigation to trial, as well as alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. She has represented parties in single-party civil disputes, administrative appeals and class action litigation.
