Samantha Rose Podlas

Samantha Podlas is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office who focuses on public finance transactions for multifamily housing, nonprofit hospitals, educational institutions and local governments. Ms. Podlas has experience as bond, lender, underwriter, disclosure and borrower's counsel on tax-exempt and taxable financings.
