Samantha Rose Podlas

Samantha Podlas is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office. Ms. Podlas focuses on public finance transactions for multifamily housing, nonprofit hospitals, educational institutions and local governments. Ms. Podlas has experience as bond, lender, underwriter, disclosure and borrower's counsel on tax-exempt and taxable financings. In addition, she represents both borrowers and lenders on a wide range of commercial finance matters, including acquisition financing, asset-based lending, syndicated loan transactions and private equity.
