Haley Potter is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Potter focuses her practice on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including public and private mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, search fund transactions, joint ventures and corporate governance issues.
While in law school, Ms. Potter served as a legal extern for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C. Ms. Potter also was a summer associate in the firm's Philadelphia office.
