David Rascoe

David Rascoe is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Rascoe focuses his practice on corporate and securities transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Rascoe was a summer associate in the firm's Houston office. In this role, he gained experience assisting on structuring equity arrangements for startup companies and financing arrangements for commercial construction projects.

During law school, Mr. Rascoe was a judicial intern for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals as well as with the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings. He also worked at the school's Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic and served as an editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas and Energy Law (TJOGEL). Additionally, Mr. Rascoe won awards for drafting and negotiating skills as a first-year and second-year student in the Texas Transactional Skills Competition.

• Represented Banbury Private Capital, a Charlotte-based independent sponsor focused on the aerospace, defense and industrial growth industries, in its acquisition of Turbine Engine Specialists, a leading aftermarket solutions provider of inventory-supported maintenance, repair, overhaul and distribution services to the global private aviation market
