Ellie Ratliff

Ellie Ratliff is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group. Ms. Ratliff handles a wide range of financial service issues such as representing business entities and financial institutions in lending and investment transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Ratliff was a summer associate in the firm's Dallas office, where she gained experience in finance and corporate matters.

While in law school, Ms. Ratliff served as executive editor on the executive board of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. She also participated in the school's Disability Rights Clinic and served as a team lead for the Mithoff Pro Bono Program's Parole Project.
