Overview

Max Rinaldi is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Rinaldi focuses on real estate, finance and capital markets, distressed debt, title defense, leasing and related commercial litigation.

Mr. Rinaldi has extensive experience in creditor representation related to non-performing commercial loans and leases involving the prosecution of creditor's rights and remedies such as receiverships, replevin, judicial foreclosures, workouts, contested bankruptcy matters, litigation and resulting judgment enforcement/collection. He also handles commercial litigation and business transactions, as well as conducts real estate closings and transactions.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Rinaldi was an adjunct professor at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate Graduate Program.

Prior to rejoining Holland & Knight, Mr. Rinaldi was an agency counsel and assistant vice president at a national real estate title insurance underwriter.
